Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AllDataLogs (the “Service”), operated by Palm Beach Dyno. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

The Service

AllDataLogs lets you open, convert, view, analyze, compare, and organize automotive datalog files in your browser. Features may change over time. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and don’t share your login. You must be able to form a binding contract to subscribe.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until canceled. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price; we’ll show pricing before you pay. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access others’ data, no interference with the Service, and no uploading of malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your files

You retain all rights to the datalog files and content you use with the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and (if you choose to save them) store your files to provide the Service. You’re responsible for having the right to use the files you open.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Datalog viewing, conversion, and analysis are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. AllDataLogs does not make tuning decisions and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are solely responsible for any decisions or changes you make to a vehicle based on data viewed in the Service. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Beach Dyno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any vehicle, engine, or property damage arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
