This Privacy Policy explains how Palm Beach Dyno (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with AllDataLogs (the “Service”) at alldatalogs.com. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name. Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider (Supabase).

Subscription & billing. If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe does. We store a billing reference, your plan, and subscription status so we can provide paid features.

Your datalog files. By default, files you open are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to us. Some actions (for example server-side conversion, or a file you choose to save to your account) involve sending a file to our servers; where that happens we tell you, and temporary files are removed after processing unless you intentionally save them. Files you choose to save are stored in our cloud storage and associated with your account.

Usage & technical data. We collect limited technical logs (e.g. error reports, request metadata) to operate and secure the Service. We do not log the full contents of your private datalogs.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service — currently our hosting/database/auth provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), and email provider (Resend) — and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account and saved-file data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from your account settings or by contacting us; some records (e.g. billing/tax records) may be retained where required by law. Locally-processed files are never sent to us and are controlled entirely by you.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and per-user data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Cookies

We use cookies/local storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use them to sell your data.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
